Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance using KPI metrics such as ATV and TPC.
• Ability to lead by example and drive team engagement and development.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage your team to achieve outstanding standards and performance, aligned with the Trading Plan objectives.
• Review the trading plan with Cluster Manager and set actions to improve store performance and report progress to team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the store environment.
• Foster a culture of learning, support, and recognition to develop colleagues' skills and product knowledge.
