Henderson Group, Northern Ireland's leading foodservice provider, invites applications for a Team Leader to join our store team. The role reports to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager and focuses on leading staff to exceed customer expectations and support the local community.

You will be hands-on, cover keyholder duties as needed, model our values (Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, Integrity) and help optimise store performance while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to follow policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder duties).
• Train and manage workload, while being hands-on to deliver great customer experience.
• Support Store Manager to maximise store performance and implement plans.
• Promote community initiatives and support local activities.
• May cover the Post Office when required.
