Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Team Leader for EUROSPAR Clough to lead the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. The role requires flexibility across opening hours, including weekends, with keyholder responsibilities.

You will mentor staff, manage workloads, and support the Store Manager to meet business plans while representing our values in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ with previous store retail experience, including supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Target-driven with focus on business plans and continuous improvement.
• Able to lead by example and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to follow policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder duties).
• Be a positive role model and uphold company values: Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, Integrity.
• Train and manage workload, stay hands-on to align resources for best customer experience.
• Support Store Manager to maximise store performance and implement the store plan.
• Promote initiatives to support the local community.
• May cover Post Office duties when required.
