Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop an in-store team, delivering great customer experiences across daily shifts. You’ll oversee recruiting, training, and coaching colleagues while managing store operations to meet set targets and deliver excellent service.

You'll work within a diverse, inclusive team, with opportunities to grow and contribute to the Store Change Plan and safety protocols, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Develop knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan.
• Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading by coaching use of safety tools.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and planet.
