Job summary

Tesco UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing in-store team, delivering a great customer experience and driving store performance. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach product knowledge, and ensure safety and legal compliance across all store operations.

You will also lead trade activity to grow sales, implement the Store Change Plan, and identify improvement opportunities with a focus on inclusivity and flexible working wherever possible.

• Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable solutions.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance, using security and safety tools.
