Job summary

EUROSPAR Dromara, part of Henderson Group, is seeking a Team Leader to help run the store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will report to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager and guide the team through daily tasks in line with store policies.

We require 18+ with retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a drive to hit business plans. This full-time role is 42.5 hours weekly, with opening, closing and weekend shifts in Dromara.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over with prior store retail supervisory experience.
• Natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.
• Target driven to help store achieve business plans and priorities.
• Inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to follow policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder).
• Be a positive role model and represent our values.
• Train, manage workload and support your team, hands-on in store.
• Support Store Manager to maximise store performance.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
