Job summary

Henderson Group is recruiting a Customer Advisor for EUROSPAR Downpatrick. You will assist in daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, handle checkout transactions, and help keep stock replenished and well-presented.

The role requires flexibility across store hours, with shifts starting early and finishing late. Training is provided and a supportive team environment is emphasised.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required, training provided.
• We are seeking individuals with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and rotate using stock control processes.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales.
• Ensure correct shelf edge labeling and pricing.
