Job summary

Card Factory in Cannock is seeking a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to energise our store. You’ll support the Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for and a smile.

When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up with confidence, lead by example, and drive great service and store performance. You’ll help others grow while continuing to build your own skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
