Job summary

cardfactory is seeking a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to energize the store, support the Store Manager, and keep the team motivated. You will ensure customers get exactly what they came for and leave with a smile, while leading by example and driving the cardfactory Way.

You’ll help others grow and build your own skills in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll drive store initiatives, maintain open communication, and monitor performance to keep the team thriving and focused on excellent

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to drive sales and service standards.
Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
Proactive in resolving issues and improving store operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Model exceptional service and embody the cardfactory Way to drive a positive customer experience.
Motivate and develop the team, creating an inclusive and energetic work environment.
Drive commercial initiatives, monitor store performance, and communicate effectively with the team.
Ensure customers leave with exactly what they came in for, while maintaining store standards.
Support store initiatives, contribute to training and coach staff for growth.
