JYSK UK is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to optimize store routines, motivate the team and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You will lead campaigns, maintain a high-energy environment, and coach colleagues in customer-first selling while modeling strong leadership and sales skills. This is a stepping stone toward Store Manager roles within the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Inspiring and communicative to create a positive work atmosphere.
• Ownership of customer service and its outcomes.
• Calm under pressure with clear direction in stressful situations.
• Strong selling/retail capability and ability to train others.
• Willingness to lead by example on the store floor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store routines and achieve strong sales results.
• Ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude and a high-energy environment where the team thrives.
• Support the Store Manager by communicating, leading and coaching the team on the shop floor.
• Train colleagues in customer-first attitude and how to determine customer needs and upsell.
• Lead by example by selling and conducting routine store tasks.
• Long-term path to becoming Store Manager of your own store.
