JYSK in Barnsley is seeking a motivated Deputy Store Manager to join the team and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will help optimize store routines, lead campaigns and maintain a high-energy sales floor with your team.

You will train and coach colleagues in customer-first selling, drive results, and work towards future progression to Store Manager, while upholding JYSK values and delivering on KPI targets.
