Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

• Experience achieving KPIs in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with daily operations to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide shop-floor colleagues, assign tasks, maintain standards.
• Coach and develop staff with real-time feedback.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, pricing accuracy, displays, safety.
• Perform cash handling, till checks, stock audits, deliveries, opening/closing routines; escalate issues.
