Job summary

URBN's Glasgow Anthropologie store in Princes Square is seeking a store leader to mentor the sales team and drive service standards, delivering an unimagined store experience through training and motivation.

You will recruit, develop and coach associates, lead by example, and collaborate with management to maximise sales while maintaining brand integrity and a positive shop floor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lead with initiative and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of training individuals or teams.
• Understanding and appreciation of Anthropologie culture and brand appeal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the training and development of all new and existing associates to meet service expectations.
• Lead by example and inspire a shared store vision with clear communication of goals.
• Manage the shop floor to maintain high service levels and a positive store environment.
• Drive programme sign-ups by ensuring staff promote benefits to customers.
• Participate in weekly management touch-bases to plan department initiatives.
