You will coach and develop colleagues, plan rotas, manage stock and compliance, and use data to drive improvements while working within regulated retail healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance and coach others.
• Strong planning and organisation skills including rotas and workload.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety and pharmacy standards.
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve store performance.
• Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or regulated retail setting.
