• Own day-to-day store operations: planning, scheduling, staffing and workload.
• Maintain high standards: cleanliness, safety and easy shopping experience.
• Manage stock availability, costs and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety, legality and audits/compliance across store.
• Use data and reports to identify opportunities and take action.
• Lead store in absence of Store Leader and own decisions/performance.
