Job summary

Accessorize Heathrow is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service and support the Branch and Assistant Managers to hit KPIs. You will ensure staff are motivated, well-trained and aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a supervisor role within fashion retail, 5 years of checkable references, and the flexibility to work any day, including early mornings to late evenings.

Qualifications

• Must show 5 years of checkable references on application.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in fashion retail.
• Ability to work any day of the week and variable shifts.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Support management to develop a live succession plan for the store.
• Drive the business by mentoring staff and meeting KPIs.
• Ensure staffing levels support service standards and VM guidelines.
• Represent the brand during high-profile visits from senior retail personnel.
• Implement company procedures and policies in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and develop customer opportunities.
