Reiss is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor for our Heathrow Terminal 2 store to lead back-of-house operations, ensure stock deliveries arrive in excellent condition, and support the shop floor when needed.

You will supervise a team, train others, and adapt to a fast-paced luxury retail environment, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards across stock accuracy, replenishment, and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Track record of delivering in stock management.
• Ability to guide, train and coach others.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team to ensure stock deliveries are processed and products arrive in good condition.
• Oversee timely stock replenishment and team productivity.
• Maintain back-of-house standards.
• Support Reiss online fulfilment from store and returns processing.
• Assist shop floor management as needed.
• Support floor moves, promotions and product launches.
• Be a key holder for the store.
