Job summary

Accessorize Heathrow is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service and support the Branch and Assistant Managers to hit KPIs. You will ensure staff are motivated, well-trained and aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a supervisor role within fashion retail, 5 years of checkable references, and the flexibility to work any day, including early mornings to late evenings.

Qualifications

Job description

Accessorize are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their Heathrow branch. Supervisor will lead the team by example, deliver excellent customer service, and support the Branch and Assistant Managers to achieve Company KPI's.

As a Supervisor your key responsibilities include:

• Lead the team to deliver a great customer service, product knowledge and being a brand ambassador, ensuring this is a store of choice to all customers
• Support Management Team to create a live succession plan for the store through identifying strengths and development needs of the sales team
• Drive the business forward through managing and developing team
• Ensure the team members are motivated, knowledgeable and exceeding expectations
• Be able to confidently hold high profile visits from the senior retail population
• Support the Management Team with the implementation of company procedures and policies
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times through effective staffing levels
• Have an awareness of the local market and develop customer opportunities
• Ensure Visual Merchandising/window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for your store

The ideal candidate for this role will have an experience of managing a team in retail or customer facing industry. In addition, you will be able to:

• Provide 5 years checkable references on successful application
• At least 1 year's experience in a Supervisor role within fashion retail
• Be able to work any day during the week
• Be able to work shifts between 5am to 11pm
