You will balance people development with strategic decision-making, ensuring store performance, customer satisfaction, and local engagement are consistently achieved across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• A confident, inspiring leader who thrives on developing others and building strong teams.
• Commercially astute with a clear understanding of P&L, KPIs, and trading dynamics.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand guardian in-store to reflect premium standards and customer service.
• Coach, inspire and develop a high-performing team with regular feedback.
• Analyse KPIs and customer insights; translate into practical actions for the team.
• Plan and deliver peak trading periods with appropriate resourcing and focus on experience.
• Balance operational efficiency with exceptional service and premium presentation.
