This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.**Responsibilities*** Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints* Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets* Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment* Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting* Own visual merchandising.
