Job summary

POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is seeking a Store Supervisor for our new Sheffield store to lead daily retail operations and deliver outstanding customer service in line with POP MART standards.

You will oversee the sales team, manage stock and visuals, train staff, and collaborate with the Store Manager on targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a passion for designer collectibles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
• Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
• Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
• Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members
• Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

The Role and Candidate

We are searching for a Supervisor to work alongside our Assistant Store Manager in our new Sheffield store! This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards. This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer collectible pieces will make you a competitive candidate. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.

Required Qualifications
