Job summary

POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Assistant Store Manager in our Hamleys store in London. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales targets while maintaining store standards and inventory control.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours across nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment with designer toy products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team for replenishment.
  • Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting.
  • Own visual merchandising and maintain tidiness and cleanliness at the highest level.
  • Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
