Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Castleford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the leadership team, drive store performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor.

You’ll help translate priorities into daily actions, monitor KPIs, assist with stock, payroll and rotas, coach Stylists, and maintain Levi’s brand standards while creating a positive, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience driving KPIs and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of store operations and stock control.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management to deliver KPIs and priorities.
• Help implement daily and weekly sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and report to management.
• Lead by example with 1-to-1 customer service.
• Coach Stylists through training and product knowledge.
• Assist with stock, admin, payroll and rotas.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-energy team environment.
