Levi Strauss & Co. in Kingston Upon Thames is seeking a Store Manager responsible for commercial performance, people, and operations. You will lead from the front, represent the Levi's brand, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.

You will own the store’s profit and loss, coach a retail team, analyze data, manage stock and payroll, recruit and develop talent, and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience successfully leading a retail store in a fast paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs
• Demonstrated ability to develop, engage, and retain high performing teams
• Solid understanding of HR policies, people processes, and employee relations
• Strong operational knowledge across stock, admin, payroll, and compliance
• Confidence making decisions, taking ownership, and leading through change
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Own store’s profit and loss performance and identify opportunities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
• Analyse commercial data and KPIs to drive performance
• Monitor store performance with regular updates to District Manager
• Take full responsibility for stock management, payroll, rotas, and admin processes
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-caliber team members
• Create leadership bench through coaching, training, and succession planning
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
