You will support the Store Management, maintain high visual standards, coach team members on product knowledge and customer experience, assist with deliveries and stock, and help foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
