Job summary

• Customer service experience in retail, with a focus on delivering a premium customer journey.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team toward KPI targets.
• Experience in managing store operations and driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly targets to improve store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
• Enhance the customer journey by providing a 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
