Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates.
• Assist with stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
• Enhance the customer journey with a 1-2-1 service and ensure the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
