Responsibilities

• Support and deputise management in delivering KPI's and profit opportunities
• Implement daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports
• Assist with stock, payroll, admin and rota
• Enhance the customer journey with 1-2-1 service
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through coaching
