Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Silverburn, Glasgow is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. You will open and close when needed, lead by example, and support the wider team to run daily store operations smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while leading from the front.
• Motivate and guide Stylists to achieve store KPIs.
• Open/close store and oversee operations during shifts.
• Support store management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Coach on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
