Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor to bridge our denim range with customers. You will support and deputise for the management team, drive KPI targets, and deliver exceptional 1-2-1 service while developing stylists.

You will lead the team with coaching, monitor store performance via reports, manage stock and rota, and help customers with product knowledge. This is a great opportunity to grow within an iconic brand in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team.
• Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
• Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Job description
