David Clulow in Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor to support day-to-day running, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in a premium optical brand. Working with the Store Manager and team, you will lead on-floor, handle rosta and store ops, and help create an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day running of the store
• Assist with rota management and store administration
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional service

• Maintain high store standards and presentation
• Take ownership and step up in the manager's absence
