Job summary

David Clulow is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a premium optical store in the UK. You’ll coach a team, drive sales targets and uphold exceptional service and presentation for a discerning customer base.

You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver operational excellence. You’ll work hands‑on on the shop floor, inspire colleagues, optimise operations and store standards, and develop long‑term plans to grow performance and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Optical industry experience beneficial but not essential.
