Job summary

The North Face in Bicester Village is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead from the front and elevate consumer experience in a busy retail setting. You will bridge store management and sales associates, driving service, sales, and brand standards across the site.

You’ll develop staff through coaching, manage openings and closings, and uphold VF brand guidelines while supporting KPI achievement and a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in opening and closing a store.
• Retail or fashion/lifestyle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready.
• Maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines to keep the store looking great.
• Ensuring operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Understanding the store's KPIs and helping ensure they are achieved.
