Job summary

GO Outdoors is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold our high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, maintain presentation, and assist with daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service while promoting our brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Interest in retail trends and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
