Job summary

GO Outdoors LTD is looking for a motivated store management professional to lead a team and drive exceptional customer service. You will work under the Store Manager to ensure sales targets are met and operations run smoothly across the store.

The role focuses on team development, store standards, and safe, compliant operations, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and cost control in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years management experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing, engaged team.
• Create a culture of exceptional customer service to win customers for life.
• Develop store teams through internal development programmes to support future talent.
• Uphold a store that is safe and compliant for colleagues and customers.
• Deliver financial results in line with or above company targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
