Job summary

Hobbs London in Bracknell is seeking a Supervisor to help run a welcoming, high-quality store day-to-day. You will greet customers, lead by example on the shop floor and support the management team to drive strong commercial results.

You will connect with customers, use your passion for style, and assist in stock control, transactions, and staff development. This is a permanent part-time role (22 hours per week) with competitive benefits and the chance to grow within a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lead on the shop floor, connecting with customers and delivering great service.
• Maintain a commercial approach, handle transactions accurately and assist with stock control.
• Support Style Advisors and help grow their knowledge and experience.
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
