Job summary

Hobbs London, part of TFG London, is recruiting a Supervisor for Horsham to oversee daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead on the shop floor, greet customers and support the management team in achieving strong commercial results.

The role offers 20 hours per week with competitive pay and benefits. You’ll be part of Hobbs London’s luxury fashion brand journey within TFG London, contributing to a premium customer experience.

Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do

• Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
• Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store
