Job summary

Hobbs London in London is seeking a Supervisors to help create a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience and drive strong commercial results. You will lead the day-to-day store operations and support the management team.

You will greet customers, assist on the shop floor, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining stock accuracy and smooth store processes.

• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store
