Job summary

Hobbs London in Cheltenham is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. You will greet, assist and connect with customers, drive sales, and support stock control while upholding Hobbs' standards of service.

Collaborative and adaptable, you will mentor Style Advisors, maintain a commercial approach, and contribute to strong commercial results in a busy luxury environment.

What you’ll do:

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
