Job summary

Hobbs London, part of TFG London, is seeking a Supervisors role to champion daily store operations in Cheltenham. You will greet customers, lead by example, and deliver exceptional service while assisting with stock control and transactions.

You’ll support Style Advisors and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps customers returning. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication skills and a track record in retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a commercial approach, handling transactions and assisting with stock control.
• Support Style Advisors as they grow their knowledge and experience.
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store.
