Mole Valley Farmers in Buckingham is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on role focuses on operations, merchandising, and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee daily team rosters, drive sales, coach colleagues, and manage customer queries while upholding health and safety standards. Permanent, full-time position with a strong customer-first culture.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Serve as Duty Manager and keyholder when required.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, inspire colleagues, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 including alternate Saturdays

As Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting team development. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution‑focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering annual sales budgets and business plans
• Driving sales through effective merchandising and stock control
• Leading daily team organisation, rotas, and task delegation
• Coaching and motivating colleagues to achieve targets and deliver excellent service
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
• Acting as Duty Manager and keyholder when required
