Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience across all areas. You will lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the go-to person in the Manager’s absence.

The role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and pay from £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with additional payments in some locations. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service.
