Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to guide and develop our cleaning crew, ensuring a safe, welcoming and immaculate shopping environment for customers and colleagues. You will lead a team in a fast-paced luxury retail setting, drive high standards, and manage shifts from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, five days over seven with alternate weekends.

The role offers ongoing training and a collaborative management culture.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience supervising or leading a cleaning team.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, facilities management or commercial environments.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and confident decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning practices, health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, including alternate weekends.
