River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking a Product Team Leader in Leicester to lead the store team, deliver an outstanding customer journey, and maintain high visual standards. You will work closely with the Product Manager to develop the team and sustain operational excellence.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, influencing sales KPIs, and empowering staff in a fast-paced fashion retail environment at Leicester Fosse Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and staying updated on trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and 'wow' wearable outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey at the center of decisions.
• Duty manage in all areas of store operation including service, people, and operations.
• Support the Product Manager in empowering the team to deliver for customers.
• Understand commercial tools and use them to drive actions.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and RFID.
• Support store operations including health & safety standards.
