Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. in Inverness Shopping Park is seeking a Product Team Leader to lead the store team, enhance the customer journey and uphold top visual standards. You will work closely with the Product Manager to develop the team and maintain exceptional customer service.

The role combines hands-on store management with strategic input, in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend work is required, with a permanent part-time contract and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and visual standards across the store.
• Duty manage across service, people and operations.
• Support the Product Manager in empowering the team to deliver for customers.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, payroll and stock control.
• Ensure health & safety standards are met.
