River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking a Product Team Leader in Liverpool Speke to guide a store team in delivering an inspiring customer journey and exceptional visual standards.

You will support the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team while maintaining operational excellence and achieving outstanding sales across key KPIs. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, with weekend work and a strong focus on customer experience and product

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver great product placement and visually compelling outfits.
• Maintain high visual standards and customer journey focus.
• Duty manage across service, people, and operations.
• Support Product/Commercial Manager to empower team and drive customer experience.
• Utilise commercial tools to drive actions and store performance.
• Drive store KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and RFID.
