River Island in Peterborough Serpentine seeks a Product Team Leader to guide and inspire the store team, delivering excellent customer journeys and high visual standards. You will support the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and uphold operational standards while driving outstanding sales and KPI performance.

This 6-month FTC role is full-time-equivalent at 30 hours per week, with a competitive package and a strong focus on team engagement and customer experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Passion for fashion and staying updated on trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Proactive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Love for River Island products to create best customer journey.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver great product placement and outfits that wow customers.
• Maintain strong visual standards and customer journey focus.
• Duty manage in service, people and operations across the store.
• Support Commercial/Product Manager to empower the store team.
• Utilise commercial tools to drive actions and store performance.
• Drive store KPIs: sales, shrink, payroll, conversion, and RFID.
