Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and visually wow customers.
• Maintain high visual standards and customer journey focus in all decisions.
• Duty manage across service, people, and operations areas.
• Empower store team to deliver for the customer with a centre-focused approach.
• Utilise commercial tools to drive actions supporting store performance.
• Support Store Leader to hit KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID and people KPIs.
• Assist in store operations including health & safety compliance.
• Develop the store team to be high performing, engaged and valued.
