Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a vital role in managing store operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and leading the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will also be responsible for complying with health and safety standards and managing KPIs.

What You'll Do
