As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and actively involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire your colleagues. You’ll also take ownership of the store and lead by example during the Store Manager’s absence.
